I'm looking at buying a used sled. Right now my options are:

1. 04 Summit 800 HO X w/ 4600km on it - $5000
2. 05 M7 w/ 1700km on it - $5000
3. 03 Summit 800 HO w/ 1800km on a rebuild - $4000
4. 03 Vertical Escape 800 w/ 100km on a rebuild - $4000

I'm looking for some feedback on these sleds. I know this pretty vague, but any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance,

Marty

I just sold my 04 Rev today with 1600 original miles and with an 06 motor. First guy that came along had no problem paying $5000. Sold in 2 days. Huh maybe should have asked more LOL

M7 hands down!

Either the REV or the M7, both are good and have their own merits. Stay away from the older trailing arm chassis' of the 03 Summit or EDGE. You will have way more fun riding a modern chassis. As for the REV make sure that the front end and bulkheads are straight. The REV's have quite a reputation for bending like noodles.

Take advice on here with a grain of salt, you will find that many people on here are very brand loyal.
