Can anyone tell me if there is anything I need to watch out for buying a 2000 Summit 700? Sled has under 3000 km, all stock, seems to have led an abuse free life. What should I look at when viewing this sled? What would you say it is worth? Thanks in advance.

Check compression. I bought the same sled last year as my first. It was a great sled to learn on.

have an 02 700 summit, great sled, engine rocks the snow, runs like a top. suspension has become outdated, but will still get you up the hills.

rhook, if you do some research on the 2000 you can get it set up rather easily and have a very capable ride. suspension set back will get the sled to ride up on the snow, and it will make power, as in more than a 800, real easy.
