and its guys like you i dont even respond to on kijiji when you insult me with an offer. good teqnique.

Is this a reference to me? There's always tire kickers/low ballers on kijiji, just ignore them like you do. if you've ever tried to sell a car on kijiji you will know....my god will you know!!!

Used engine vs new engine I would expect to pay more, but most guys that burn a cylinder are not looking to purchase the carbs, pipe and electronics.

800r is the old technology now, ETEC is out and makes more power with less fuel, the rest is obsolete. I'm just giving my experiences - Browse the engine classifieds, you can buy a massaged M1000 honest 200 HP motor for $2800 today (make an offer, might get it cheaper), and that's just one of many. I think there is a 1000 Summit motor in there, for less than that. Just curious why you would buy a stock motor from Doo for $5K when you can buy something that will murder it for 1/2 price?

I know its not what you guys wanted to hear.

to me it kind of comes down to an issue of space. if you have the room to keep the sled with out your wife nagging to get rid of it, then it seems like maxwells argument makes the most sense, especially b/c you already know what that motor has been through for the most part and those other extra parts you may need sure will be handy to have just out side your door.
