Keep an eye on that hot water tank. I have the same tank (Amtrol) I just had to replace the control box on mine and it was only a couple of years old, missed the warrenty by six months But it is a good tank very rarely do we run out of hot water. It runs off our central boiler system.

it's called LP canexel. it's a compsoite board kinda like hardy board, but made from wood, not cement, so it's MUCH easier to work with!!!!!!

lots been going on lately, but the house doesn't really LOOK much different right now!!!! all the little piddley azz chit has been done now though! drywall is happening! i'm going out sledding next weekend to revy, then the following weekend when i get back to the house, the drywall should be done in the house part, so more pics to follow!!!!!!!!!!

She'll be a different look when you come back, i've spent enough time in the industry to know that you notice a big difference when the board goes up, it looks like a nice shack dont tell me your using painted mill work, i cant believe how much painted gets used nowadays.
