Hey i was just wondering if anybody could give me a rough idea of what it costs to dig a basment/pour cement/run utilities that are located at property line. I am thinking about bringing in a prefab house and just running costs. Thanks

Basement and concrete would probably 15 - 20 k and utilities depending would depend how far but rough guess 30 k
But again this is just a rough guess you should phone contractors that do this and get a quote.

I just did my shop this summer. It really depends on the land and how far the utilities have to be run. Sight prep, concrete including form rentals and pumping truck x2 was around 13K. To run the lines and connect to the city was another 10K. I second the call to get quote so many variables in this kind of stuff.
