It will be great for guys selling used sleds. I really like my 2020.5 turbo so don't mind waiting. I will keep it as my backup anyways.

I will have a 2020.5 turbo with 1400km, a 2020 blue summit x 175 with 1600km, and a 2022 165 black turbo with 900km, (if the 2023 comes in), and 2020 black and orange summit expert with 2600km for sale in the fall.

likely wont get a new guage. You will get a DESS post. When they start to exist again
That is what I was told (In a documented e-Mail from BRP) last week when I enquired about my gauge. Keep what I got.
BRP said they can make changes to builds as it suits them as contract allows it.
Snowcheck contract.
They did not mention anything about my DESS.

Hah
Happened on my 15. That light weight can BRP bragged about, never made it to production.

Wasn't the new gauge a $1k touch? Did they refund that or just steal from you?

Apparently it was optional. I didn't get the new one that was advertised. No discount and nothing said about it from BRP.

But the price seems to go up every year for "all the new performance parts".

When I order a vehicle and it comes in different than specified something is done to compensate. This should be no different.

is that still the case currently though? 2-3 years ago forsure not so sure vehicle manufacturers would be doing anything to compensate you now. i have trucks arriving missing parts and not only are we being hit with the missing parts but also 1500-3000$ in random extra cost that was added from time of order by the manufacturer.
