Broken Transmission on Razor 1000

I would check the torque on the bolts that hold the cases together before you install the new trany. lots of 2014 and 2015 tranys are leaking at the seam. Mine included. Lots of people where thinking it was a lack of sealant but lately people have been noticing that the bolts arent torqued to spec. also what are you going to use to properly space the trany from the engine on reinstall.

Well that was a lot of work but it's installed. Just need an axle boot and 2 circlips and she's ready to go.
Replaced the driveshaft with a super atv front and back propeller shafts except for you have to change the grease nipples to 45 deg angle ones. Metric 6 ml by the way.
Also I preferred the carrier bearing from Napa over the super atv one. The one from Napa is part # HB2380-40 , That is the same one on a Toyota Tacoma truck,
must stronger, it's runs about $120

like I have said before, anyone that owns polaris has to be mechanic, they always broken
