The sad part is.......as long as it's red flagged and not over weight it's legal! Well almost. Needs a couple more straps.
Hmm, I don't think that would fly in your neck of the woods. I think you need 4 tie downs, each of which must be rated for at least 1/3 of the sled weight.

Yup, need more tiedowns, but that much overhang (over 1.4 meters) is technically legal if it's flagged or red lighted at night. Kinda silly really.

In all honesty though, i've had way more then the weight of 2 sleds in it before. I had like 1400 lbs of dirt in the back of it as it was the only vehicle that could drive right into our backyard haha. Not recommended, but it did fine. Lots of guys buy them and use them for hunting, putting full moose in the back. Like a side by side... but street legal, with a heater, and a stereo.
