Bought me a new toy today with 4 wheels!

But I did manage to scoop a real nice 55 Bel Air. Here a couple pictures of it for now. More when I get it home tomorrow. It sports a fast burn small block (430HP/430TQ) with a TH400 and 3500 converter backed by a 9" Ford than runs a set of 4:10 gears. Disk brakes all around and in real nice shape. Can't wait to take it for a spin and light that grin from ear to ear. Not trying to gloat, but a bit excited I am since I've always wanted a 55.

Nah, bought it to keep as a driver but will be hammering on it from time to time and burnouts will be sure to happen. Car has run a 13.05 at race city here in town through the exhaust on 60 series radials. Should be quicker at sea level, and faster come next summer. Got a few mods in store for it.

I sold my 68 Chevelle a few years ago so I could afford the sleds. Now it's a home renovation that is standing in my way. Maybe this time next year if business is good.

I hear ya Barton...I sold my Camaro's five years back to start my company and it's being weighing on me. Chased this car years ago and the guy wouldn't sell it, then it became available and I jumped on it. I'm also trying to get my reno's done and today my contractor gave me more excuses with all my siding and windows sitting now and waiting to go in/on. Gotta find a good siding guy so I can get my house done now. Hint hint! :d

Hey there Gascan. Looks like the summer is treating you well.Car looks sweet.You should have brought it down to Deerfoot mall tonight. I went down there for a bit to see what was going on.Wednesday nights if the weather is nice. Cant wait to see it.

If things havnt changed friday nights in Airdrie. at A&W havnt been down there this year.
