I just called Boss about the warranty and they will but have to ship both ways at your expense blah blah, You can get the new cover for $50 and if you have an xp there's a zipper on the bottom, just remove the old and install the new cover is all he said. Also about two weeks out on new covers.

Exactly what I did.

Curtis,

I've got your order placed and we'll see it out of here in a few.
Thank you again!

If not you can contact Volker at 780-440-4538
He's located near Capilano Mall in Edmonton

He did my Boss seat a couple of years ago. Great job at reasonable price. He redid the whole seat with non UV thread and made my storage larger.

Highly recommend his work.

I'll put up a post of my rev seat that he redid for me...... Raised the stock seat 3" and made the trunk larger. Put the special "boss" seat cover on and "boss" seat side material.... It looks friggi' awesome!!!!

Actually I just got a new boss seat today with all the upgrades and they are pretty nice. The zippers are waterproof and really beefy. I don't think they will have zipper problems this year. I think the $50 for a new cover would be well spent.
