Boost-It is now open for retail work on Turbo sleds only. We are very familiar with Yamaha's and Polaris Pro's. There are a lot of 3-4 year old turbo sleds out there that need some love or maybe some upgrades. We have a full time welder on staff as well.
We can do anything from pre season maintenance to full mod jobs and turbo installs. Our labour rate is more than reasonable, we are only an hour from downtown Edm, and 1.5 hrs from Calgary.

Well hopefully I don't have to get my hands too dirty. lol. I have a pretty flexible schedule.

We are going to be doing some turbo E-Techs this fall...maybe you need one?

HaHa. That might be to much of a good thing for me and my age reduced reflexes. However if you are successful finding a way to mate a turbo to the complicated ETEC management system then I will be sending you alot of business. I got a feeling you will be able to get the Doo's rocking on boost. Lots of hours brainstorming over buddy lites. Lol.

wondering about shop rate

who is doing motor work
Labour rate is 60.00 per hour and 80.00 per hour for welding.
All motor work would be done by Lakeside Motorcycle service. They are the best around, and Chuck is the only guy that I would let touch my engine. He has been building motors for us over the past 5 years. He was also head tech for team Suzuki Canada back in the road race days and has won many awards for his work.

We will only have 2 customer sleds in our shop at one time. For this reason, we would like people to start booking now. If you come to us in Nov and want it done in a week...it's not going to happen.

Hey neil........ Glad you finally put all your combined talents into a hi-po sled business......... This is gonna keep you guys busy, i'm bettin' :)
Thanks Ric, it has already been busy with some guys wanting to be ready for the season. We just finished two big jobs and are doing a turbo install right now. I have a feeling the two stroke turbo stuff will keep us busy for sure. We have 2 Pro's and 2 E techs booked for turbo kits in early Nov. Looks like acouple of them are getting chaincases, skids, and 3 inch tracks too.

I have Neils Boost It system on my sled. This was installed last fall and my sled is now unbelieviable how it runs. I had the Powderlites system with the Rapid bike box. We took the RB3 off and Neil installed the Boost It box and system, and Ive had a smile since, put the wrenches and computer away. Never have to bring that to the hill again, no more popping and farting from the sled, it runs smooth, actually scares the crap out of me at times. Thanks Neil.

Really glad we could help Ron. Thanks everyone for all of the emails and questions. We have a website under construction. There is some info there, but we are adding stuff all of the time. Link here

Forgot to mention that we are working with Alpine on a Nypex kit. They are almost done fabbing the header. It will come with seat, tank, header, fuel system, and intercooler. There will be a couple different options for turbo's, or the turbo off of a used kit can be fitted.
We also have 3 inch track conversion kits for Nytro's. There is some welding required, but nothing too major.

Duke was nice enough to make a short vid of some sleds with Boost-It fuel controllers. here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C7Zxthpva50

Congrats on the shop Neil.

The Boost It system was probably the best thing I put on my Nytro next to the M10. Neil was incredible at answering any questions and helped with the tuning issue I had. Neil knows his chit and his system works awesome. Neil and TJ were great about getting my sled to where it should've been. I wouldn't hesitate in the least bit to take my sled back to them for any work.

With that said, is there gonna be a Boost It upgrade for the new Cat 1100???????????
