That`s right we are going to do it again for the 3rd yr. :d
Great way to start off the season and see old friends.
Sat. Nov. 27 the The Riverside Pub in the Regent Inn 7 p.m.
Please bring a non-perishable food item for the Revy Food Bank Christmas Hamper.
There will be draw prizes and we as snowmobilers are raising funds for the Canadian Avalanche Centre to benefit snowmobilers. ;)
If you can help us with a donation for the auction it would be greatly appreciated.
See you there.

I know you've had a major work-out this summer, so I'll be a nice guy and bring you some instant mashed potatoes, instead of a 50 lb bag of spuds.;)

There was 250 lbs. of food plus that huge bag of spuds and $300 dollars donated last yr. We have been the 1st group to donate for the last 2 yrs. Imagine that, snowmobilers from W Canada and the NW States come to Revelstoke for their first ride of the season and give back to the community. Good on all of you.

Thanks Dusty, after this summer I might throw that bag at you.

Randy Swenny is being our M.C. for the evening. So you can contact him also if you have a donation for the Auction.
Thanks Snowmobile Revelstoke Society for our 1st donation. (Beacon, shovel, probe and pack from Pieps Canada :)
Think I`m going to ask Brent Strand from the CAC to be our auctioneer.
I`m inviting Mittens, maybe we can get a pair of her gloves for the auction.

7 more wks.

We are still very gratefully accepting items for the draws and auction. :d
We will also be seeing Sledbetties movie "Rise".
Please bring items for the food bank`s Christmas Hamper, these items enter you to win draw prizes.
See you there everyone.

That was a lot of fun :d:beer:

Thanks everyone who attended we collected 3 boxes of non-perishables and a huge box of taters from Dusty Dancer again plus $620 in cash donations for the Revy Food Bank Christmas Hamper. :happyholidayswreath

The auction was a hit also, together we raised $1900 for the Canadian Avalanche Centre.
Thanks to Snowmobile Revelstoke Society, Sled Shed, Yamaha Motor Canada, Polaris Industries, Farwest Films (Brent Veideman) Thunderstruck (Bigskyx), Melinda (Hot Lips), Sharon Shook (Mittens), Revy Club Members Allan and Simone Erickson, ZALAS`S, Last Drop (Powder Springs, Summer Sucks (Wade McAllister) Matt Potratz and the CAC for your very generous donations for the draws and auction.

Also a big thanks to Randy for being our M.C. and to all the others who helped out, it was very much appreciated.
It was a great wknd. to see old friends, showcase our new cabin and raise some money for worthwhile causes.

Oh and thanks Jimmy for giving me a ride home, it was time. ;)

Definately was a fun time, the new cabin is awesome and the generousity of everyone sure shows.

Now all we need is more snow so there is no more carnage...:)
