boondocker nitrous rectifier wiring help please

i just took out the boondocker nitrous system out of my 2005 summit, and i need some help regarding the wiring from the rectifier. I removed the switch which was wired into the regulator not the fuse connector and the positive and negative of the switch were spliced with another pos and neg coming out of the ems (red and one black). now i have the button out and the rectifier out, but the two wires from the ems are just hanging out. black should be ground for the rectifier so i should be able to just wrap the end of that and leave it loose? but what do i do with the red?
