Need to find some one who might be able to repair or build a rear shock for a BMW 650
The original shock is not repairable
Do have after market one from Australia it has failed

If your willing to spend some, Ohlins shocks will transform that 650.
I had an 08 650 a few years back and the rear shock failed. Ohlins will calibrate it to your needs and weight.
I have never owned a bike that tracked the road better then the 650 after I installed the Ohlins, that includes my 2019. If I could I would be switching my OE shocks on my 19 to Ohlins today.

If you can't find one these guys rebuild some "non-rebuildable" shocks.
