Division title down to one game now. So nice being in the driver seat that they can start setting up the rotation for the post season and not have to get every possible inning out of the big arms before the dance.

If the Jays win the first game and clinch I wonder what lineup Gibbon's throws out for Game 2. Could be a lot of bench players, they could even dress an entire team of backups lol.

Also of note is that the American League won the All Star game, so if the Jays somehow get to the WS they could have home field all the way.

News flash..... They won the AL east for the first time in 22 years. Who gives a rats azz about home field. If they are good enough they will win it no matter if they have home field or not.

While KC has the best record they didn't exactly finish the season on fire. They had a pretty mediocre September and are only 10 games over .500 since the All-Star game. They can be beat.
