but my issue was a whole in the crankcase which seamed to be jb welded back in by the old owner

Hole in crank case will be your problem for sure major leak down!!!

Fossy its les in whitecourt a freind of mine has a 800efi engine that he pulled out of his 05 it has 0 miles on it and stored in a heated garage he opted for a d&d performance motor for his sled and pulled this motor out and never used it if you can find out what the engine would be worth i will give you his phone number and you can make him a offer on it i know him pretty good and no the motor has 0 riding miles on it

I click on one of the pictures of pistons and a dating site pop up german I think . bad gas is my quesstament I have 800 MC 01 in my shop same damage it was overheated , where did them girls come from
