its your factory winch control wires. they are to short from the factory. Pull your front rack and plastic off. In the steering post area there are some wires that will be very tight against the frame. if you gently pull them back there will be bare wire exposed to the frame. This is on all cats with a factory winch control. I just rerouted them to get the extra lenth

what andrew said is correct,he helped me fit my mud pro witch was also blowing 10 amp fuses.we found the bare wire rerouted it ,a dab of silicone and black tape. have not had a problem since

thanks for the help sometimes it pays not to waste time with your dealership some of them dont have a clue ill check that out
