Well above all them so far. Deceiving from the river, but house is on a hill and about 6 ft above our 2 neighbours to the North and the bridge Did LOTS of homework before we built - flood plane studies, Alberta highways, surveying, and days and days of sifting through areal photos at the Edmonton Archives. I'll admit this winter has me a bit nervous though.

That's a very nice house and location
I can't believe that anyBody would even think about climbing that it's pretty dam obvious that is your yard

Seen the water years ago half way up the ground
floor of the house that was between yours and the bridge
that was a 15-20 years ago ( same flood that wiped out the campground on hiway 2a were everyone stages from)
