Blindman River access near Blackfalds

High Folks, Just selling my Outty 1000 to pay for my new (to me) 2015 RZR Highlifter SxS. heard of access to Blindman south of Blackfalds on older threads. Drove both North from 597 & South from C&E trail to access & found they are NOT access able. Steel & Barb wire fences at walking Bridge. Tried west back roads couple miles past hwy 2 looking for train bridge access. also gated & locked. & east back roads Burbank and east. Does anyone have recent -(2018)- staging and access points to the Blind man River?
P.S. If you are under 54.25" (Quad) you can get in south of 597 on range road 271, small staging area is directly across from homeowner's gate. this is typically a community access hiking point but has many sled & quad tracks.

Best place now Is probably south of pidherneys on the service road around the border paving pit and ride down the highway 2 ditch to the river

riding down the ditch is illegal! when caught you will be sending large amounts of money to government and will likely get another area shut down.
