Anyone been out ridding in the Blairmore, Beaver mines or Dutch Creek areas yet this year ? Just wondering if there is enough snow yet. Thanks

Nothing at beaver mines no snow(

No snow at Blairmore, Atlas, Dutch or Elkford. There is snow up high in Fernie. Spent 6 hr in the truck just looking for snow on Saturday to ride 4 hrs.

See my post re Dutch rode there sat loaded back up at 8 pm sat night more snow need but first ride of season was ok no damage be aware of the hidden land mines no worries

If you want to try it, Cataract Creek Snowmobile Trails are in good, early season shape. There is no "pow" on the trails, but we groomed last weekend and the trails are good for a ride. Best snow can be found on the Westside and to the south in the system. The "high" trails - Etherington Trail and Skyline Trail - both on the high ridge crossing over to other trails.
