I don't get it......

I eat 5 meals a day...... drink 24 beer a week..... smoke a pack a day...

AND I am the perfect specimen of mens health....

Just sayin...

Well you got it part right the 5 meals a day is actually a key in keeping your metabolic rate high!

i went from 303 to 199 and now sit around 220-225, i just cut down the amount of food i was eating and excersized. dont try and jump off the deep end and go all out just make small changes you can stick with.
