Anything over 8" will not make the track noticeably turn much easier.

Some use them to take up slack for a longer track.

Ya they're "supposed" to decrease rolling resistance, but I'm not convinced. Look cool though!

To go with a big wheel kit it will cost you 300 +, for axle+billet wheels. I would keep the money in your pocket and spend on other areas on the sled.

9" I believe
Don't ride it anymore its the kids ride now. So not really up to par on exact specs something to do with getting longer in the tooth I think
