my best mod was to sell my 900 RMK and buy a T-Apex......wanted a nytro!
my worse mod was turning down the boost! LOL its back up...if your going to die,die fast! lol

Best Mod - MCX 180 kit. Best bang for the buck.

Worst Mod - Various combinations of after market headers and exhaust. They sound great and added about 8 HP and throttle response is awesome but the $1500 and countless hours customizing everything just isn't worth it compared to the cost and performance of a turbo. If turbo's didn't exist, then I would say this is a great mod.

Best mod, NM's Boost-it. Sled runs great and fueling is predictable from day to day.

Worst mod, rapid bike 3, blue bike and attempting to run bigger injectors.

Best: 180 MCX, Airframe running boards, Smaller spring in BOV, Monster riser.
Worst: Cheap boost gauge, get a liquid filled gauge!

I agree the air frame running boards, and the skinz frontend. Oh and the supercharger helped. But the air frame running boards makes the weight transfer way more responsive. Also the snow rarely gets built up and allows you to really chew in. Where the old running boards Would get hung up

so looking at this thread......Boost-It seams to be a top mod! I'm working on it Neil! and Im getting rid of my non liquid filled auto meter gauge and installing a AEM digital one to match my New AEM A/F gauge! I have some work to do along with my new CE track tonight! Off to get some work done! lol
