I only had to beat the dozen rivots off the a-pillar - I used a chisel and hammer on the backside of the rivot worked really good super fast and very little headache - other big rivots down by the flying nun - I used a sharp gasket scraper type chisel rig and got it under the head of the rivot and hit it with a BFH and sheared it off - so much faster and easier than drilling them out - s-module is wrote off anyways so I didn't have to worry about scuffing up the s module - new $483 s module is in - a pillar is going in it tonight - new steering post - new brake lever assembly - like a brand new rig soonturn it over and use a bigger drill bit, just go deep enough to cut the cap, once it's off the rivet will fall out
