I have run Toyo CT's on my 3/4T (unstudded, 35's) for 5 years. They are alright (great for towing) but i found duratracs had better traction. I think i am going AT3's next.
Thats what i am currently running, but 35 is the biggest size. I want to upsize to 37 inch tires though. You could run Toyo CT’s, which are studdable. I liked them on my dually even with no studs.
They are a good tire winter and summer, had a few sets of them, buddy of mine runs them on all his 3/4 and 1 ton work trucks... he pulls lots, and runs lots of gravel and they hold up.^^^ Are you talking Falken Wildpeak AT3's ? I'm curious to how peeps like them?
I have a set of 285 60 R20 Toyo Open Country AT3's for sale. less than 2500km. Paid $1600, sell for $1400.00. Or $2500 with the new Platinum Rims with sensors and caps.No sorry, toyo at3's.
I'm running the Falcon Wildpeak AT3's, have been running TOYO's for a few years but couldn't get them this year due to shortages. So far the Wildpeaks are awesome, I've got them on a 3/4 ton diesel Chev.^^^ Are you talking Falken Wildpeak AT3's ? I'm curious to how peeps like them?

For the past 10 years all I ever use is the beadsI found that they don't make a decent winter tire in a 10 ply on a 17" rim - so I went with 18's and I'm running the centennial trail hogs 10 ply on my f350 studded - they aren't as good as a duratrac - but they last longer and they are cheaper - only thing I don't like is they can't get them balanced - gotta do beads or the liquid stuff in em I guess
Life is too short to drive on unbalanced tiresFor the past 10 years all I ever use is the beads
Like it way better
Always in balance never have to rebalance
Reminds of the Foremost i used back in the day only more advanced. I would run this around town NP with the way the weather/snow removal is this year. Would not even need the AH could use the bar ditch lol!You can.
That’s a good idea! My brother used beads for his bike tires, never considered them for my pickup !For the past 10 years all I ever use is the beads

I have a set of studded lt3 on the ford but they are kinda small as I took them off the duramax. Buddy sent me this Facebook link a while back. Now l absolutely 100% hate Chinese tires as why would I spend 1/2 the money to get 1/2 the life and be in the tire shop twice as much. However I’ve seen you tube videos where The new ford diesels can fit 38 inch rubber with no lift. Problem is I can’t find big rubber in studded winters other than a China brand. Has anyone tried these tires from Gert’s wheels ?? Tires are venom power hunters or something like that.

Hockey pucks.Chinese tires.... Let us know how those work out.
Only thing I will use for steering tires on my logging trucks. Bag balance, work great. That’s a good idea! My brother used beads for his bike tires, never considered them for my pickup !
