Had a set of simmons gen 2s steer where you pointed them but very direct, they remind me of the old phazers back in the day when the steering would freeze up with slush. I actually like the old skis bombardier put on the revs and RTs 2004 to 2005. My dad has a set of powder hounds on his yammie turbo and I also like them skis.
used to run simmons gen 2 for years but tried the new slp powder pro and love them. like new simmons gen 2 's all black with powder coated blue saddles for skidoo $300
SLP POWDER PRO'S is a good choice. personally I'd stay away from SIMMINS. find them to grabby, constantly fighting the steering, expecially on tree trails. IMO
Slydogs haven't done me any wrong in the mountains they're good all around but the trail they lack a bit, I find Simmons great on the trail and good in the mountains but the sidehilling my slydogs seem better, slp I'm not sure as I've only ridden them on the xp chassis but they felt pretty good all around in the mountains and never tried them on the trail
