I need to get a whole bunch more warranty work done on my new Wolf Pack toy hauler. I bought it at Coach Works in Nisku, but was hoping to use a dealer closer to home and came up with Woody's in Red Deer.
I know there are many other places, but my manufacture has told me it MUST be a certified dealer (which limits where i can go until the warranty expires).
Does anyone have experience dealing with either one of these dealers (service dept. only please), good or bad. ???
Tell me why i should or should not use them.
Thanks
Hadley

They all suck in red beer Hadley

2 different trailers that we had, 4 friggin dealers worked on them,

New trailer we bought in salmon arm, had warranty recall on front tin and pain peeling off, they did a crap job, the lower tin behind the propane tanks, they didn't even seal the screws and they were side ways and could see the wood behind

They all suck lol

I'm sure that may have some truth for sure, but i'm hoping to find the one that i will have the smallest amount of problems with the best quality work.

Good luck with that lol

That toy hauler we had, the first year had lists of stuff wrong for them to fix

Over half of it was never fixed right so I just did it myself, as it cost more in fuel to take it in and back

Any dealer that has a good service department can and should look after their own customers first. Don't be shocked when someone closer who you didn't buy from is reluctant to work on it.

I would think there are enough of us in the Edmonton/Nisku area that could always pick it back up for you Hadley.
