Check out legacy vacation rentals on google. Sweet cabins. Next choice would be the best western followed by the chalet continental. Just my experience.

The Summit River Lodge is my personal choice and has been for 4 years, i cant believe no one has posted that, Either no one has stayed here before or no one is saying due to they dont want it filled when they try to book next time, that is why the lodge is known as "THE BEST KEPT SECRET in VALEMOUNT" . Secure, lots of Parking, Hot Tub, Home Cooked breakfast, packed lunch and 3-4 course supper for only $89.00 night. Its like staying at a private resort while sledding.

Just my opinion

Dont go believing all the blah blah blah about locked gates at bestwestern. Have walked out to empty parking spot where truck and 4 place were the night before. Can happen anywhere.

X2 Stayed at the Summit River Lodge this past weekend. Cant beat the home style cooking and hospitality of Chris and Michelle. Hotels are too commercialized.
