Snowpulse airbag packs are $1100?? Is that average, cheap or expensive?

I bought my highmark 30l snowpulse bag at the sled show three years ago for $1200. I thought they would have went do in price.

They have come down in price, but $1100 is generally around retail, depending on the bag. I got my snowpulse last year for just under 700, but it was a deal on the older model.
