i always like to go to the dealer first, if he has what i need in stock, i want it now and will purchase it then. if he has to order it, shheeet i can do the same and save money, and will wait the same time frame. becoming the same with anything you buy automotive, atv's sleds etc. no one stocks the shheeet, they have become a mail order business. poor way to make a living, your customers can order the same shheeet . the internet has mad the world a smaller place

I had 3 major issues with Gnarly.

Had the same issues with them. After two months of waiting, I had to call them to get a credit on my card for an item that still hasn't shown up.

Too damned quick to bill me for the entire order, with NO communication after the fact. Won't be using them again. Ever.

I tried to buy at a shop in Salmon Arm, they were super helpful but were unable to get a pair of riding boots for my daughter even on special order. So I mail ordered from Royal Distributing. Ordered on Wed. PM, package arrived Monday with no issues.
Thought that was pretty good and would buy from them again.
