I've got the SLP complete setup and i'm pretty impressed by it. It looks awesome, and fits awesome too. SLP says that the setup gives you 192ish HP but i dont know how accurate that is. I'm getting my sled dyno'd in the next couple of weeks and i will let you know the exact numbers (the dyno test i'm getting is to the track and not just at the crank.) When i put this kit on it was incredible, like it woke that sled right up. Hope this helps!

Same here. Haven't tried anyone else's setup, but the SLP single set works great on mine.

Slp set up works good. so does speedwerx. but if your going to do some cylinder porting one day then the speedwerx works better. I recomend you talk to kelsey at rktek. his porting and head together with speedwerx exhaust is just amazing. If your not going to port it then slp might be a little bit better than speedwerx.

I just put the D&D single pipe, y pipe and barker can. The only thing im not happy about is the tuning of the boondocker. The numbers that Dons speed parts seem pretty good but have only taken a short Rip on it on the grass. love the difference so far. As soon as it hits 7k skis are off the ground. it is supposed to give me 195 with this set up, is a totally differnt sled. Also added a clutch kit from Terra alps racing.

What kind of clutch kit is it? Like what is the setup? And yes the boondocker does seem difficult to tune with, i got the pure logic box and even though you cant tune as precise it is so simple to use, maybe i'm not getting the full potential that i could get with the boondocker box but if i can get it close with the pure logic box and save some headaches, then i'm happy!

I am running a speedwerx Y and Pipe, Jaws can with D&D intake, boondocker controller, 46 psi fuel pressure, 36° helix, 65g weights, ride mostly golden, smithers, blue river. I got a baseline to go off from Brent Linderman and tuned a bit to clean it up. EGT's and a fuel pressure gauge should be the first thing on the list though before running a pipe etc. this works for me on my sled, might not on yours..each sled and riding style is different. But any pipe and good fuel map on these sleds makes a great difference!

What year is your sled? 65g sounds pretty light! And your right with the fuel pressure the stock sleds varied from 40-53psi, thats what my delaer told me, so thats a really important thing to get right first!

It's an 07' with the stock 4 post primary. Sounds light but running a 046 belt, 4 post primary and the pipe set up I am pulling between 7600 - 7700, right where it should be set up the way it is.

yeah i thought it must be an 07, because in my 08 with the 6 tower clutch i was told to run about 77/78 grams in the mountains and 81-82 around home. Still waiting to try it out though, hopefully I will be able to next week

It does make sense having the extra tower and weight to run less weight, I had 70g's in beginning of last year and dropped 5g in Jan, lined it up just right. Shift assist and rollers and I will be on the hill!!

I use a slp pipe set on a M1000 Bikeman head 14/1 Bikeman porting vforce 3 reeds boondocker controller it dyoned at 198 hp runs great .

is that dyno'd at the track or at the crank? what sort of clutching are you using?

I talked to Ted From Terra Alps Racing. Not even sure what he sent me for sure but was a new spring for my primary, a new helix and a set of weights 83g.
