Best non intercooled turbo kit for 850

As the title says, who makes the best non intercooled turbo kit for the new Polaris 850 engine.
Pump gas, pull the rope and ride.
Not looking for 300 hp, just a nice little gain, but still making power at 8000 feet.
Is the Mountain Tek kit working out well?
Realistic power numbers on premium pump gas only?
I'm not brand preferential, so whatever kit works the best, is problem free, and hopefully as lag free as a turbo can get.

I have no physical experience with polaris turbo kits but I wouldn't look at anything but boondocker. I think they really have things figured out.

Do you have a 850 Polaris already? If not I would get a holdover 800. Cheaper and lighter with similar power in the end. Start with a 155 X 2.6, add ice age rails and 163 x 2.6, some good aftermarket shocks and a Boondocker turbo kit. If you a really technical rider, a gear down kit and maybe narrower front end (either offset spindles or narrower a-arms). And then my friend you have a mountain killer!

Just this week bought two barely used 2019 RMK PRO 850 with 163 by 3 tracks. The older couple I bought them from rode them 3 short days, and decided they are too old to ride.

Nice Buy! I would get a few miles on the sleds (500+ miles) to make sure your not going to have crank bearing issues before you throw turbo’s on. Once the turbo is on the warranty is off and the bearing failure would be a tough one to eat. Enjoy!

We did another short ride today on them up crow, after i removed the clutch weights and drilled a hole in them to remove a little bit of weight. The rpm is up some now and working better. This is our third ride on them, 419 kms on one, and 433 kms on the other.

might be worth taking them to the dealer to see if they have the updated fuel mapping. makes a big difference.

Ya don't lighten up any more with drilling holes,.. like I said in my other post, the 850's love the weight after the 2020 flash

Rode them again today and pulled a lot better.
The previous owner had heavier weights installed, but sadly didn't keep the originals.

Hey there, I have the 850 with the Boondocker pump gas turbo on it and it fun and strong. Just fill with Premium gas and pull and go. Lots of fun and no playing with anything. The kit comes with clutch weights and all.

pretty much the same here. '18 800 with boony sidekick. gas and go. never acts up. easy kit to install also.

That‘a a pretty opinionated response from someone that has no Polaris turbo experience. Kind of like saying I’ve never been in or around an airplane but you should buy the 747 instead of the Cessna.

Still seriously considering a turbo for them both too.

The Silber turbos on the 850’s are running real good. Put 1500 miles on a 19 and have 1100 on a 20. 7 psi in Revy and 3 psi at 2000’ on the prairies. Same clutching and fuel mixture. A couple weeks ago put on 155 miles in in 1 day trail riding with the wife and some friends at 2000’ cruising along at 1/4 throttle @ 50-60 mph and 6000 rpm. Ran flawless. I can’t imagine another turbo kit with this kind of flexibility and running this good.
