I just put the 27" Mud bitches on my Gade, and WOW!! There great and even decent on the packed stuff. I ended up putting the 2" lift as well the tires dont hit before but come very close to the fenders. They are the same as a 28" tire in height. Any more and you'll be buying CV joints, and other expensive parts. Did look at silverbacks but 2 things $$ and they ride rougher.

definetly go with outlaws (they will out perform mudzillas, mudbitchs, mud lites, swamp lites vampires and silverbacks will cost you a left nut)ive had on 28s and absolutly love them

if you ride any kind of trails id go for the mudbitches like Ron says.. because they wear like iron and those quads can really spin the tires.

i have 2 friends who burned off a set of outlaws with heavy riding in 1 season driving grizzly 700's. the brother to one of them has mudbitches and they are like 90+% tread left and he has rode the same km's as both of the other guys as they all ride together.

If you want 100 % mud go Outlaws or silverbacks. The Outlaws ride slightly better, the backs pull better. Both these tires will break things fast if your on the thumb alot.
Next not quite as good in the mud ,however trail pretty good Mudbitchs or Mudzillas`s.
Both wear well and are solid heavy tires. The next step down is Zilla`s or mud bug`s ,trail real good and good in the mud.
Stay away from the mud lights or XTR `s for mud use.

I run the Mudbitchs on my Gade and find them the best overall combo for how i ride
80% mud / 20% trail.

.

I beg to differ, my XTR's have performed wonderfully in all terrain including the mud, and I am not the kind of guy to go around anything unless it'll drown me.

It's funny, every year the masses will praise a new tire like a gift from God.. It's like clockwork.

I agree with Rzrgade, my mudlite XTR's are garbage, better than stock but not by much. I bought a set of Outlaws and am very happy with them.

I had mudlites for a couple years, not a bad tire, didn't wear too bad, and rode really smooth on hard pack. Switched out to mudzillas, mostly cause i got a smokin deal on a set of 26's. I would have gon mudbitch to support Rej, who as well was offering a sweet deal, but the Mudzillas came in below. Awesome tire in mud and snow, as long as the can grip something you'll move, but when you're stuck you're stuck. I would highly recommend either tire to anyone, but go with the bitches to support a site sponser you won't be disapointed.

I agree 100% with this analogy. I run Mudbugs and may try Zillas next for one reason: light weight. HUGE difference in acceleration and overall trail performance when you go to a heavy tire. The Zilla's and Bugs seem to have the lightest carcass without being puncture-prone (like Mudlites) and perform pretty good in the mud.
