best catback pipe size for 2500 hemi

From catilac converters back nothing except pipe, so what is the best size not to loose any power. Thanks

Three inch is good size. That's what my Gibson exhaust is. Noisy though I think

Just the stock size pipe 2-2 1/2" with no muffler or resonator nothing to restrict it. They are quite barky with this setup.

Yea 2 1/2 is pretty good, 3 isn't gonna hurt anything though. But 2 1/2 is enough. I am running true dual 2 1/2 no cats, bottles on my 03 6.0L chevy.

2.5" the 3" is fine wont hurt anything but these trucks sound great and have serious snap with just the 2.5" with resonators and muffler removed. We do lots of flowmaster 44 series on these new Hemi's and seem to be getting good results with some pretty big smiles.

You don't benefit any going with 3" unless your well over 400 hp, at least that's what I was told by master muffler guys in Lloyd
