I noticed this past weekend that my tunnel is bent. Don't really know when it how it happened.

Question is can a guy bang this out and fix it or do I have to replace the back half?

I would try a hammer and dolly and see how it goes. If it doesn't work replace the extension.

Just replace the back part. It is only like 145.00 from cat then just drill out old rivets and rivet new one on. The rivets probably came loose on the rear footrests.

I would recommend buying or borrowing an air rivet gun. I changed out my extension and there are way to many to put in by hand. I bought the cheap one at princess auto and it worked great. There are couple different sizes and lengths that you need but I don't remember exactly what they are.

Do not use stainless. If you ever have to do work again to the tunnel you'll be swearing. Trust me I know.
