Belts for old sleds in Calgary

Tuning up the old ET340 and she needs a belt....blown through all the ones I had....anywhere in Calgary where I can pick one up rather than internet shopping?

Dayco 3021-W1 was my last one.......

Yamaha dealer in Red Deer stocks them and they around $35 for Yamaha belt. You might find a Dayco belt at NAPA.

Go to any MOTORCYCLE shop that's a PARTS CANADA dealer, the PARTS CANADA warehouse is in Calgary and they can have it next day. I get all my parts for my old sleds that way. As long as you have the part number, otherwise bike shops look at ya funny. In the past I usually go to Destination Cycle in Airdrie, the markup on the parts seems to be a little less at an independent bike shop than say a dealership. That being said, most sled dealerships are Parts Canada dealers too, but like to mark the stuff up 150%.....

Call Dusty, he owns snowmobile recyclers in Dewinton. If he doesn't have it in stock, he will find you one.

Go to any Napa Auto parts and give them the number. They sell gates and will cross reference it. They may not have it in stock but will be able to get it easy from their warehouse. Do yourself and favor and go to the Gates web site and get the number. Take the number in to Napa to save them looking up the wrong one.
