Same as the last time, the collector will hold you at the shack if there is a truck coming down. once the truck has past and it is save to proceed the collector will let you go. if you are already on the way up and a truck is ready to come down, the truck will wait in parking lot for you to get to the lot. if no collector is at the shack you had better proceed with extreme caution. this will be a short delay so hang in there.
we will have to park a lot more carefully as the trucks need a lane to get out.
THANKS

You are correct! My Motorola radio can be self programmed, pics up anything and can be used as a scanner also. If you travel on lots of log roads you may want to get one you can self program.

I have a 4 channel,

I think you may need to check if you have a radio that can be reprogrammed.

There are some cheaper Motorolas out there like mine - paid $125 about 6 years ago so prob about $150-175 now. At work so not sure the model#. Just check the Motorola web page.

trucks are working from 3:00 to about 10:00 am so should not be an issue. collector should have you all stopped if truck on it's way.
