thursdy we poked into a new zone ...
untouched logging roads everywhere ... are fun ...
there was the a few small avy paths to cross ...
I call this feature the palace gates ...
yes a sled can go up it ...
crazy pillows everywhere ...
this is wot I need to get my sled up ...
anyone want to help ???

a toasted sandwich and a beer or 2 after a long deep hike hits the spot !!!

that looks like a pretty wild feature
This is the bowl that lilduke Jeff and myself got a few avy's in earlier this season. BCAV and I got it to all go 3 or 4 weeks ago. wall to wall. we call it belly button bowl coz it has a noal in the middle quite high up the bowl and its 150ft high. quite the safety. I've never seen a 360 degree avy, but it did. sh!ty vis that day so pic's sucked.

Yikes! Big risk, small reward area there. Looks like it all drains to the same terrain trap. Not for the faint of heart..

no it drains into several meadows. there are 2 separate creeks flowing out of it and both have meadow after meadow before creeks even start. the trees can easily be riden thru from anywhere to anywhere. but clearly ye'all know best, so best stay away from my terrain eh?
so this spot looks like an easy climb eh?

with a big mini bowl half way up ...
I should find a shot of this lane from the other side, its impressive !!!
