Tried them for the first time today. Daughter bumped the channel button one time to the next channel so that is for sure an issue.
We put some in helmet speakers with a Mono to Stereo adapters. Man I love it!
I was worried my daughter wasn't going to use it much and it would be a one way communication type deal but she took on to it and loves it as well. It's sooooo nice being able to communicate with her while we ride.

Only issue we had was the dial got bumped and changed channels like Brent says. Thinking that should be taped up to prevent that from happening. Otherwise. Great product

Real life review:
Some of our group dropped into an area they couldn't get out of. We communicated 3 km through the bush with little problem. My son was on the trail down at Clemina (Valemount) and spoke to our guy at the truck from the 5 km marker.
These radios are extremely clear when listening, I had no problem hearing sounds while riding my sled (not actual conversations) so I knew I needed to stop and see what was going on.
I have the same concern about the preset channel button on the mic. Mine got move this weekend.
For me it's an awesome radio.

I hate the latest Tapatalk update .... on my phone.

Great awesome product, happy with sound quality volume and range. After using these radios 25 plus days already this year I would not attempt to ride without them. They are more then handy. Drawbacks as mentioned in deep snow riding the channel button on the mic gets iced up really bad and you can't turn the knob to select other channels. It happens several times a day that the knob gets bumped into a different channel then gets froze up so bad you can't change it back to the right channel. I would like to see an update with some kind of locking device so it doesn't change channels when it gets bumped. I can deal with the ice it is what it is. I find if you run it on the first or last channel selector on the mic it doesn't switch channels as often as it can only go one way. I would also like to see a slightly larger button. I find it small and usually have to take my glove off to press it down properly. Great overall product, battery life is good, and simple to use. Price is decent for what your getting. Their is a lot of channels and I wouldn't hesitate to buy more of them. Everyone should have one!

9/10
