If RCMP pull out they will be replaced by a provincial police force. Although i am perfectly okay with being a vigilante. Don't want to get shot? Don't steal my chit and stay the fawk off my property.

guard the us canada border or at least build a fence. they could also do guard duty at variuos grow-ops.
