My wifes sled is a 2009 Polaris Trail Tour. She seems to go through batteries every year or two. Now the new one from last year isn't charging at all.
Wondering if it would be worthwhile to upgrade to a AGM. Its an extra 50 over and above the lead acid one.
Its a big machine so weight isnt an issue. I think that machine is just not as smooth as mine (same battery for 4yrs now) so the battery plates just get broken down faster from vibrations.
Anyone have experience with the AGM's?

IMO the best money that can be spent on a battery is a battery maintainer. Leave it plugged in while it is not being used. I'm on my 3rd or maybe 4th year now with the battery in my daughters sled. Still going strong.
If you are positive it is a vibration issue the AGM will help, no question about it.
