Basically they are making a big statement to keep the honest people away. Those who dont give a crap will do what ever they want. But in reality, why would you want to go to Banff when the whole town is pretty much closed?

If we all just took more time to read past the headlines we would get closer to the real story. Thats the problem we have ourselves in. Turn on the tv and get plastered with fear. Then go on google but dont have the time to go past the page 1 results.
