I agree with you 100%. I was thinking about something new but just can't justify that kind of cash for something I use twice a year. I going to buy a street bike instead, way more opportunity to use it through the summer.
Motorbikes are definitely less emotional to own than sleds. Snow literally affects my mood six months out of the year lol

Yes the price certainly have gone up and for the most part the snow levels have gone down. And maybe us aging has factored in a bit too

2012 was the last sled I owned...

I said id shut it down when they reached the $10 k mark...

The last Rev i got was $11 or $12...

Fuel went up,,, hotel costs,,, tucks and trailers and crappy roads...

At least i pulled off 14 years touring all over bc,,, 200 + registered sled areas and 1000's of wild cat areas...

Wore out a few sleds over the years and meet alot of great pepole...

Braaaaap Braaaap !!!

My 2000 hymark was over 10g.

I forget how much, but think it was around 12g.

But in order to have any fun at all, you have to break numerous laws and risk major injury.
