I just took my 2010 800 backcountry in for clutch work i bought as demo
it start to ping at first now it start to rattle has anybody came across the same problem or am i been a little picky.Never had this issue with my MXZ like this till i hit 5000 k.m with it.For the 10 miles i put on the backcountry what
ride I think i was getting white knuckes hanging on what a ride!

may or may not be the clutch there are alot of guards and connections on the xp that tend to rattle at certain rpms. i would just walk around the sled while it is making the noise and put pressure on certain parts to see if they are making the noise.

of course if it is the clutch making a rattle have it looked at. they tend to rattle when not running at the rated idle rpm. 1500rpm or less the arms inside the clutch will rattle. nothing wrong but might as well have it looked at

Thanks Maxwell I just got a call back from Martins they told me same thing
