We had over 80 people show up for ours, great turn out......
I'd like the Pulse beacon back from whoever borrowed it forever without asking though, unreal that somebody would do that.......
p.s you forgot to steal the instructions and strap/case though.

Heres to hoping it was by accident and the person has the intestinal fortitude to return it and apologize.

They should have a list of the participents....

My son(jr highmark) took in the training at martin's farm eqpmt south and said it was informative.... He actually sat through the whole thing. He was especially ecstatic about the $50.00 gift certificate they gave everyone for attending. Now he can go buy those gloves he's been asking for;). Thanks for putting on the seminar, and now he wants to take the full cst1 course and onhill training:)

I did not want to de-rail the thread but it's a pretty low thing to do. We have a list of people who were here but 90% of them are really good customers, 10 % were randoms that we did not know. I guess you just have to bite your lip on go on with your day....

Sorry to her about your misfortune - man why cant people be a little more repsectful - give them a free training course and then they rip u off  Was at the training seminar - was very informative , alot of information in three hours. Reminded me of things I need to do, be perpared for and look for when I ride in the mountains - was a very good refresher !:)

Good to see this. Now, where's Polaris, Cat and Yamaha?

I do know that Cat was offering on their preseason orders on any 2011 Arctic Cat M series sled you would get a free BCA Float 30 avalanche airbag pack+ BCA Tour shovel+ BCA Profile 240 probe. Polaris has been a long time supporter of Zac's Tracs avalanche programs, and Lori has said many times that they would have packed it in years ago without Polaris' support. I'm not sure about Yamaha, but I think they are big supporters of the CAC. It's great that BRP is stepping up to the plate here and offering this course free. It will get many people thinking for sure about investing the time and money for an AST 1 course.;)

Yeah, it's great to see BRP step up to the plate on the Avy Education issue. I attended the very first one here in Kelowna. Very well attended with about 80 people turning out. The info was very well presented and it was good to get the juices flowing. I haven't taken a full 3 day course yet but this introduction got me seriously thinking that I probably should. As far as I know nothing got stolen...fricken low life Dirt Bag!:nono:
