Hey I'm just waiting for this kit to come in the mail. I'm just wondering if anyone on here has used it and has any feedback as far as install issues, fitment and durability . It's going on my 2018 163" axys. Thanks

I installed this kit on my 2016 Axys this year and its been great. Just got back from a trip to Fernie and I loved it. The machine is a whole new beast with the narrow front end. I have mine set at the middle setting but for the next trip I will go straight to 36" I think. Install was straight forward, everything bolted up fine. The only thing was I had to leave one skinny washer off each of the a-arm bushings because it was just to tight to get the snap ring back in. I contacted them about it and they said that is fine or you could grind some of the powder coating down to fit the washer on both sides of the bushing. The factory a-arms had a lot of slop and these ones are tight. For the price of this kit I can't complain at all.

HI Justin hopefully you will get your kit tomorrow. And as mentioned you may have to leave out a washer because of the powdercoating and you may have to add some washers on the tierod balljoint for enough clearance. There is now a Youtube video on the install. thx wayne

Parts came in and looks to be quality stuff. Bushings and ball joints already installed. Stupid job is keeping me from the install. Thanks again Wayne !!

They exact copy proven designs of companies that spend thousands of dollars doing research and development. I guess the product should work but supporting these guys will result in fewer design developments in the future.

I like the 36 inch arms and these are tough theres no doubt about that, but i bought a set installed and first trip out was riding along and the top a arm came loose and popped out bending the lower arm and wrecking the spindle, i thought it was me that didn't tighten it. When i got back i called b pwr and told them i needed an arm they said sure because it was ur first ride we will give you a small discount, then told me that there need to be some material taken off the top a arm because it was hitting the balljoint, not cool, it was their fault. Also the steering rods hit the lower control arms at full droop. Like i said i do like the feel and they are tough but i wish i bought z bros

I have about 150 miles on them now and couldn't be happier, only complaint is the tie rods don't have a flat spot to grab with a wrench but not a big deal

I have a set on one of my sleds.needed a couple washers under the tie rods. They seem ok but I like the z Broz on my other sled a lot better probably going to take these off this summer and swap to zbroz
