Have a 2016 Axys 800 went to fire it up last weekend pulled it over 20 times and nothing. pulled the hood and disconnected the harness and it started first pull so I reconnected the harness and nothing again. has anyone else ran in to this issue if so what caused it. I'm hoping it's not the ecu anyone have any suggestions on what it could be?

Thanks

might be a long shot but it might be worth looking at your relays?... not sure if disconnecting the hood harness bypasses them or not but what the heck its worth a look, or if you have a spare try switching it with the two that are in it currently. good luck

Had the exact thing happen to my buddies axys, it ended up being the ****ty wiring harnesses getting water in them. Took all the plugs apart and filled them with dielectric grease and it worked fine.

Key on, hold throttle wide open, pull start it. Should go. My friend had the same issue. Some kinda reset mechanism happens when you do this.

I thought it was key off, kill switch down and 3 pulls reset the sled?

Turns out it was a faulty tether once I disconnected it the sled started fine. It seems that the polaris tether could definitely be improved upon, has anyone looked at the new arctic cat magnetic tether? would it be possible to install on an axys without too much work?

BAC, just contact Teth-Air and get the new Phantom Laser tether. It works fantastic and you don't have to connect and disconnect a corded tether everytime you get off your sled! Also has a cool roll-over kill feature which has saved my bacon a few times from a spinning track. Well worth the $'s in my opinion.
