Yes, I have the lowers from a 14 on mine. The only problem is the stock 14 plastic bushings have a fat flange that hits the bulkhead as the 16 has very minimal clearance. I ground down the flanges a bit and also put flat washers on the studs before installing the arms to lift them away from the bulkhead a bit. If you don't do these steps, they will work fine but the bushings are supposed to rotate on the pins and if they get trapped, they will turn in the tubes on the ends of the a-arms. Possibly wear where they shouldn't?
