Huh, well that's funny

I have seen a boosted viper and a stock t3 both crawl over this one same hill, and I mean crawl... Both very close to see speed
The t3 wasn't as fast forsure, but the t3 just kept going
So your statement isn't one hundred percent correct either
What I did see the as it wasn't all wide open to hit, was the viper having a hard time keeping under control
Where the t3 could weave it's way up ect and hit it

Everyone has their own story. I've seen 155 Pros go every place a 174 will. I've seen places a 153 x 3 will go, where other sleds wouldn't.

A novice on a super sled, is still no match for Maxwell on a magic carpet.

Well I didn't have time to read the thread but we know the 174 doo lays an embarrassing smackdown on the current Polaris and the new G4 destroys the current doo 174. I know because I've tested it. So I guess we have our answer lol. And once the G4 is released in 174 it will just be embarrassing. All good sleds but the new G4 is a destroyer plain and simple the torque and response from that motor you won't find anywhere else

DESTROYS…… DESTROYER, …..SMACKDOWN…….. talking about sled comparisons.. LOL you should lighten up on reading the Marvel comic books.

SOooo, if they were CRAWLING as stated, why would going at different speed make a difference or even matter, why would the Viper be a little faster as stated and the t3 kept going, they were crawling right????? Internet what a beauty, some statement's just kill me. Almost better then TV's "just for laughs".
You are a funny boy Jeffery.

So where is the punch line to this story, or is there a part two not posted yet?
If not what's the educational aspect or point to this post, i don't understand but very funny.

Both crested at very close speeds, was amazing

Even the viper owner was jaw dropped

He was trenching the hole time from the last trees and was mabe not able to hit as fast as the t3, but both took new lines and there was no track poaching

The one guy was bandits buddy that crashed in February, he can ride that tank

But then so can the t3 owner, he came from a boosted evo 1100 cat, said he would never go back as tree riding was way more fun

I kinda thinking your not relating the whole story but your version.
That doesn't surprise me, you do realize because a 4stroke is turboed it doesn't mean all turbo's are the same or equal.
Maybe this was a 190 setup, most T-Vipers were, and with that in mind it would hardly be much better then a lighter 2stroke of any make in an 800 class and not just a T3. So what's your point?

I love it when people classify all turbo's the same. This is where make believe stories are made.
i guess you had to be there.

I was there too, it was a 270 Boost It kit according to the owner. The approach was technical so the Viper couldn't come into the climb carrying much speed. The rider on the T3 was more skilled and both sleds had 174 3" tracks.

Thank you for clarifying Brandon, I figured there had to be more to the story.
Like I have said over and over, the sled is only 50% of the equation.
You cannot judge a sled by it's rider nor can you judge a rider by his sled.
because you ride a great sled it doesn't mean your a great rider.

i hear so many of these stories and most all of them are unfounded and bias, leaving out certain details.
Generally told by those who have a single minded motive of what sledding is about.

Also to add to this, riding a Viper with that kind of boost WILL require a much higher skill set.
So this doesn't mean the rider had a lesser skill level but what he rode required more skill.
Once he gets his game on and figures it out, things can change very quickly. A T3 with a mere 160hp is out of it's league against 270hp with a match rider.

I thought we were talking about the two best sleds on the snow. Can someone start a thread about the bottom feeders in the mountain sledding industry (arctic cat and yamaha)? Lund can hang out there and dish out his expert advice for anyone dumb enough to listen.

Give me a break... that's as fair as it gets. 174x15 = 2610, 165 x 16 = 2640 sq/inch. Skidoo guys always have an excuse. Does that mean it fair to set up the polaris better as well. Just accept it already.... Polaris made a better sled!!

I see your math here.... i have a question thouhg. If your trying to figure out the sleds "foot print" why are you taking the total length of the track? shouldnt it be the amount that touches the snow times the width?the parts of the track not touching the snow during rotation dont help you. maybe im wrong. also, 165x16x3 compared to 174x15x3.2. yes the polaris holds more fuel but only because a poo poo runs out of fuel far sooner then any etec does. im sure we can all agree on that.

Don't worry about dragonweld. Apparently the amount that his full mod pro beat a stock xm etc isn't a big deal if a stocker beats beats a another stocker by the same . Mostly because he thought it would be more. So it's not impressive.

I've never met johnny or you. But safe money based on rep and video states you would be crying like a prepubescent girl trying to follow him around the mountain.
