Avi up Crossing Creek yesterday across the trail and also a small one in Smith. Rock and roll time with the recent loading. Ride safe out there peeps.

Hope everything works out and he is ok! Lots of sledders out this weekend, we seen several sleds with bent a-arms from rocks and trees just under the new snow. Please everyone use wise choices when conditions are high in the back country.

We are glad to hear everyone's alive and hope that the injury's mend fast and well. All the new snow is great but what it fell on top of should be kept close at mind. Yes Global is now reporting that. Said the sledders dug the skier out and had all the proper safety equipment to locate the skier. Great job guys!

As usual, the news was quick to jump to the conclusion that it was a sledder. It was a skier. He suffered a broken arm.

the media reports I saw in calgary never mentioned sledders helping in the rescue at all, stated fellow skiers helped out in the resuce.....
